I purchased a combination wrench from Sears, and went back 29 days before the end of the return policy. Could not get a refund or exchange, contacted the manager on duty, no help.
Could not reach the store manager with the problem. It was now days after the expiration, had to contact their Corporate Office. Was given the wrong address, instead I went to another Sears store and was able to get a number from the store manager. He gave me a number to contact.
I contacted the 800 number and was more then pleased with the out come. Due to the incident, I was able to get points from the purchase, (a refund), and keep the wrench for all of the inconvenience.
