Back in October 2016 my oven broke and a rep from Sears came to my house. He ordered parts and charged me in advance the estimated amount of $380.91.

He ended up not using a part and he took it back. He told me I would receive a check in the mail with a $131.70 refund for the part not used and took the part with him. Today is March 29, 2017 and after 5-6 calls and faxing over to them copy of my receipt showing the refund owed, I am still going around and around and no one has an answer, no one ever returns their call as they promised and each time I call they notate the system and said they will research and call me back. Never again will I use their services.

They SUCK big time.

To think I used them because I thought they were reputable. What a joke.

The fact that he demanded payment in advance should have told you something was awry.
