I have a high end Samsung dishwasher with a Sears Service agreement.In the past three years it has been serviced 12 times.

Only two people in our house so the demands are extremely light on use. I have been waiting, just this time ,for over two months for parts that I have been given the "run around" by every department I call. Some say the parts are on back order, others say they have been shipped with no delivery date, and yet the senior member (Debbie) says they are coming from another store with no date of ship,emt or no date of repair. My average wait time for repairs on this dishwasher, even with the gold star Sears repair agreement, has been 8-12 weeks.

In the service agreement it says must be fixed in 21 days or replaced. I have far exceeded that time limit on multiple occasions.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN.Lowes is now my place of purchase for my home and my rentals.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
