I have purchased my oven from sears on November 2017, I have been going back and forty with sears protection department. They haven’t been to replace my new oven.
Due to flames inside while I was cooking “ please se me the video attached “ it winter break my kids are home for 3 weeks. Can’t cook or celebrate Christmas and now I can’t even do New Years because there are not fixing it. Waiting for tech to order the part. But not safe to order a part.
I told them I want to exchange it, there answer was it only happened once.
Second time problem then we will exchange. My whole family ate the food without noticing all the metal was inside.
