after paying a service person to come to my home to repair my treadmill, I was told that they would need to order the part and come back for installation. made the follow up appointment and waited all day 8am to 5pm - no show
called sears at 5:10pm and I was told that the part was no longer available - could not say why no one contacted me to let me know.
they were so kind and gave me the part number and if I could find it on my own, I could call them back to reschedule installation - how nice of them!
also, when the technician was here, he tried to sell me a maintenance agreement on my appliances - how sweet of them!
cannot say I am surpised that sears is closing - customer service is a thing of the past
