I am controlling my anger.I have made three appts with Sears to have my refrigerator fixed and the repair man has called in twice...sick!

Once, after we waited 4.25 hours and the appt window was over in 45 mins. When I called the 800 number to complain, I only get customer service reps in the Philippines who cannot do anything and give robotic responses. I called the Sears store where I purchased the appliance and they only give me the same 800 number or another 800 number that goes to the....Philippines! There is no one in the USA I can speak to!

There is no one in corporate I can speak to!I am done.

Reason of review: Poor customer service and poor repair man service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

They probably over booked the techs they lie daily.Truck broke down tech sick all bs.

Don't use them they are overpriced and and going under.

They are shorted handed everybody's quitting.Rochester NY
