New microwave needed to be repaired. First appointment, repair man needed to order a part to replace.

Waited two weeks, and repair man came and asked if we had received the replacement part. Being that we did not have it. The next appointment will take place hopefully in another week. The problem is that there is nothing that you can do to speed up the process and you are at their mercy.

If this is the type of service that Sears continues to provide, I will not be purchasing any significant appliances from Sears that would in the future needs to be repaired. Very poor service provider.
