This would have been the third visit to repair my sears ac unit, only the repairman never called or showed up..I called to see what happened and was told my apt had been canceled by me, which i did not even get a call today.Yesterday a text confirmed that I had a apt between 1- 5pm.
So I called to ask about a refund, since the machine is not really fixable? 6 times I had to recall after being dropped on hold. the office closed during one of those calls. Tomorrow I will start calling them on the direct lines I have been given by the sears reps...
How many hours do i need to spend, to get my ac repaired or a refund so I can buy a new unit..??How many hours do I need to work on getting some service??
