For a month now the dish washer is broken and still under the warranty, called to ask for service they gave me appointment 5 days later, then I had to wait for the parts to be delivered ( that's another week ), and when I called for technician to put the parts in they gave me appointment after another 5 days, i had to take a day off work to wait for the technician but he never show up, and when I called they offer date after 5 more days , customer service reps are rude, they said that's only what we can offer, they refused to offer better date, My dishwasher still broken, never Sears again
