Called to schedule repairs on a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The fridge would take 11 days for a service call but the dishwasher could be fixed the same day.
Two different service techs had to be scheduled with two service charges b/c the tech's aren't trained in all appliances. All appliances are Kenmore Elite products so why wouldn't the service tech's know them? And why would I wait 11 days for service? Then the rep says they will be there between 8-5.
Seriously? Who can take a day off for a repair? We have cell phones now and a 2-3 hour window is sufficient.
The supervisor was rude. Won't buy Kenmore again!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of kenmore refrigerator repair. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
