Last 4 major item transactions failed one way or other. On phone for hours it seems. Foreigners handling customer service. hard to understand .... weak volume. Tossed from one department to another.

Ordered a TV ... it never arrived. They screwed up the delivery.

Ordered a dryer. They didn't offer accessories online, so they wouldn't haul away old ... or install new. Wanted me to physically go to store ... buy the accessories. call them back and schedule haul away and install on who knows what date. I canceled the order ... told them to come and get the one they left in my garage .... and ordered with a competent store who knows how to do it.

SEARS never used to be this bad. Current management has DESTROYED a once fine company. Shame.
