July, I called to order replacement parts for a Miter Saw that was Under Full Warrant. They made the order for me , but received all wrong replacements.

So I called the Second time for this problem they send me to 3 location turns out I repair location was CLOSED for Good. The other 2 location not only they don’t receive tools for repairs They can’t even receive replacement parts that where send wrong to me like the Customer Service had told me they would. I took me about 12 different people to talk to and 2 hrs on the phone before I got the proper help. We shouldn’t have to go threw all of this if we have paid for a warranty for 3 yrs.

And still have Not Got Answers.... Thanks Sears For the Great Service....lol it’s a joke....
