My MIL purchased 2 pair of Haggar slacks for my husband for Christmas and he wanted me to exchange these for Levi Jeans. Well apparently Sears has a 30 day return policy and now I'M STUCK WITH THESE SLACKS!
I called corporate and she said sorry but we can't do anything for you. I don't want these pants they are a waste of my MIL's money. I wish SEARS would take a page out of the Kohls playbook, Kohls will take it if you have the receipt or even if you don't have a receipt. I know SEARS is having financial difficulty, but I would hope they would go down in style and not leave a bad taste in your mouth.
But at this point it doesn't seem as if they care at all, they don't care who they screw.
Had I known this I would NEVER have takin my MIL shopping there in the first place. Too Bad SEARS has to SUCK!
