Called sears on june 22 ,repairman shows up on june 24th...problem with the washer not spinning clothes dry...repairman runs machine without clothes...saids its working great...i put to much soap in the machine.
..wrong...i had the machine for 7 years..
think i would know how much soap to use...called back out..appointment for june 30th..no show...family emergency...called me around 2pm...billion dollar business...must only have one tech for salisbury area...rescheduled for july 1st..i will be the first customer at 8am...its now 9am...no tech..no wonder business are going out of business...stay tuned....more to come
