Worst customer service.there own employees have no idea when the products are suppose to be delivered and to whom to contact for delivery information.
They will do whatever they can to put you on hold for hours. Do yourself a favor and stay away from sears. Worst business communication I have ever seen.
I am suprised this company is still somehow up and running.Wouldn't take long till it goes bankrupt if they keep this customer service up.
