Have worked for Sears, terrble place to work.Very low pay, comission always being cut left and right, you lose commission if customers use a coupon or you do any kind of reduction in price.

Management plays favorites, stores are short staffed and cannot keep employees. This who do stay have to do the work of several people for very little pay. Abusive customers who get whatever they want and management with no backbone. Management expects associates to do every single thing and no one really helps you when you need it.

Raises locked for the past 10 years, bow benefit rates are locked (cant even get paid benefit rates when you do your training). Bonuses are extremely difficult to get because they gave us more requirements for it. Really push credit, rewards program on associates who then get pushy with customers about it.

If i knew then what i know now about Sears, i wouldn't have bothered working for this company.I hate it.

AND I TELL ALMOST ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS JUST WHAT YOU SAID.THEY LOOK AT ME WITH PITY.I AM SICK OF BEING RAPED BY THIS COMPANY.

DO THEM A FAVOR . TELL THE MANAGEMENT THAT BUYING FROM A STORE THAT TREATS IT WORKERS LIKE THIS HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT CUSTOMERS.

YOU DON'T MATTER.PROTECTION CREDIT OR PERSONAL INFORMATION MINING IS THE GOAL OF SHC.
