I purchased a washer and dryer plus 2 pedestals from Sears at their Chesterfield, MO store to be delivered and set up 6/13/16. We got the washer & dryer but only one damaged pedestal. The salesman only rang up one pedestal. The delevery man called the distribution center and they said they woul be delivered on 6/20/16, did not happen. Then got email from Sears that we would get one pedestal on 6/27/16. They damaged it again but did not call and let me know that it would not be delivered. I talked to the store manager at Chesterfield and
He assured me could take care of getting my appliances connected and
would leave me a message on 6/28/16 no message. What is going on with Sears that they treat their customers so poorly. It's 7/1/16 and
I still can't use my appliances.
