We bought a air condition from sears for some reason we got and extended warranty. The air conditioner went out , we called sears they said they have no records on us having a warranty .

We found our copy. They told us it will be two weeks before they could come out , remind you its 100 degrees outside. So we called back again and they were so disrespectful. They kept giving us the run around.

We could not speak to nobody who could help us. So we to a outside contractors to get it fix now they tell us that the warranty is voided. Now everybody we talk to were so disrespectful. It's like once you make a purchase they tell you to go to ***,any problems is your problem.

I would advise you never purchase anything from sears.

Once you buy it your stuck with it . They do not care about you after you purchase something from them
