Sears - Horrible service
Our "top of the line" refrigerator (Kenmore 79574029411) stop working. Six weeks later and five service call, we still are with out a refrigerator. Service department is horrible and the 1-800 # that is given to the customer for help is there to find excuses for the company.
Sears - Not happy
I am not happy with sears because they would not exchange my brad nailer without a receipt because I got it from Kmart and Kmart doesn't take your information to put it into Sears computer Sunday when we return or exchange my brad nailer
Don't waste your money on Sears home warranty.
I would be very happy when I see them go out of business I have received nothing but aggravation insults and humiliation from the Sears home warranty department. Two months without a refrigerator with a medical emergency. Father on hospice had to buy a freezer a water cooler and an old used refrigerator. Shame on Sears home warranty department.
