Sears - Worst service ever

When I made a claim I was told they don’t cover my area. But when I signed the contract they said they covered my area. And try to cancel. No one picks up the phone. Twice i have been transferred and then placed on holf for 30 minutes and then disconnected.

Sears - *** SERVICE

I bought a Sectioal Sofa at the Sears Store in Knoxville TN. IT was delivered a month later within two weeks it was coming unsewn in two different places. I have called Customer Service about fixing or replacing the sofa 8 times. I have recieved very little to no help. THIS IS CRAZY!!!! the sofa has a one year Warranty.

Sears in Cudahy, Wisconsin - Refrigerator Repair

Called Sears because product was under warranty even though we heard horror stories. One tech diagnosed it at one appointment, another came out to run further tests at another appointment, a third tech cam and said it was missed diagnosed. A 4th tech cam out and created a new problem. When he left, we had not lights, and an error message. After 4 technicians, we now have a completely broken refrigerator and we are in worse shape than before. This is no joke, stay away from this company at all costs. We were warned and now we are up the wrong creek!

Sears - Refrigerator warranty repair

My Kenmore refrigerator developed problems with the compressor and condenser while it was under warranty. The technician came out, ordered parts and I have been trying for 2 months since to get them to send out someone to complete the repair. They say there are no technicians in my area and have no time line for when I can expect repair.

Sears - Dryer fix

Had a technician in September come out to try and fix dryer. Told me I was a spring that popped off that holds the drum. Said he fixed it. Had a technician come out today. Told me that my pulley was bad and that the other tech should’ve fixed it
