Repairs horrible service had 3 appointments they said I Cancelled Never did
Horrible contact talk to an automated recording and you can’t get nothing through to them. Horrible service horrible meantime it’s three weeks of my dishwasher is broken and I can’t get some idiot here to fix it.
Whats the sense in that? How could I explain the situation to a record thats being recorded after three times nothing was accomplished my dishwasher still dont work and I have a dishwasher full of dishes. He asked me for my part my parts at serial number and another number I gave it to them now. Thank you for giving it to me, but guess what I didnt do any good?
what good are the words that Im saying to you because nothing is going to happen to fix it but I guess thats the way she works. I need my dishwasher repaired all Im getting is make another appointment make another appointment and nobodys doing anything to fix my dishwasher. how many more words can I say to show? How discussed that I am with the service that theyre providing me I need my dishwasher fixed.
Never mind these words, 100 words or whatever it is. I need a technician here to do my dishwasher I pay my bill every month so far I paid 700 and something dollars and guess what I didnt have a darn thing done to my repair my

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They are going to refund me back my 100.00 for the deductible you pay with the warranty.
I had my washing service for the tub on 9/17/2024. They had to order a part for my Whirlpool washing machine.
Just when they had the part, they wanted me to pay another fee to have it installed.
I am not going to do it. I cancelled my warranty and requested my 100-dollar fee back because they broke the service agreement.

My refrigerator/freezer stop getting cold on March 17. I called Sears on March 18 and they charged me $100 for a service call.
Their first rep came out and said I had an electrical issue I told him nothing has changed in 50 years never had a problem but he insisted. I called Electrition the next day he came out charge me 150 bucks and said there was nothing wrong with my service or the plug but the refrigerator was plugged into. I called and I scheduled again For rep to come out on March 21, he said it was the computer board and he ordered it from my home and said as soon as it comes in a call them and they would come back and install it. A couple days later I called to find out what was going on and they told me they could not find the part in their warehouse it had to be ordered from a third-party.
A few days later I called again and they told me they could not locate the part. Couple of days later I called again they told me they found the part. It was supposed to be delivered here on April 11, then they said April 14 and finally they said it would arrive April 15. My significant other she is pissed off because we are living out of a cooler since March 17.
I made 27 phone calls and I kept getting machines and the people that finally answered couldnt speak English. So Im calling to my warranty contract if you cant fix it youre supposed to send me a check so I can buy a replacement unit. Now they tell me I gotta wait another week. Weve been good Sears roebuck customers since 1963.

I don't know how to get in touch with Sears customer service.
I have purchased from Sears for 50 years. Now I used a pay company and my order was shipped to the wrong address.
I have talked to them, and they can't figure it out. I've been trying to call Sears for 3 days with no luck.

Sears came to my home in PA and told me I had no leaks in my dishwasher and to buy cleaning tabs. I had another company come out and they found the leak and moved the whole dishwasher out to find it. Sears charged 129.00 for NOTHING & refuse refund.

Technician forged signature and falsified documentation about coming to do service after he rescheduled 4 times yesterday, and he submitted documents saying he came and fixed the unit, but we have CCTV footage that proves he never showed up at the time.

I have the home protection plan. I called them for my dishwasher, 4 appointments later, the tech ordering the parts supposedly, receiving the wrong parts and not allowed to take back the wrong parts to order the correct ones.
I need to take another day of for another tech to come out. No dishwasher and loss of wagers for 5 days $750.

I was not aware that purchasing products thru Sear.com would actually be shipped or being purchased thru another company. Product didnt come the designated date. There was no phone number provided for contact except Sears customers service .

The Sears repair guy broke our oven. Sears sent me a coupon code to pay for a new one on your website.
I found only one item that would fit our space, but it will not allow me to use the coupon for anything that fits our countertops. I've called every number I can find for Sears. No one will help me resolve the issue; they just keep telling me I will have to come out of pocket several hundred dollars and buy one that is more expensive than the coupon that they gave me.
I don't feel like this is right. I didn't ask for our oven to be permanently broken.

Never received any communication from the marketplace seller, except that it was shipped and arriving on the 11th of April. It has never shown up.
This is the second time this has happened for the same item. Last time I questioned where the product was, it was returned, and I was given a refund. I really would rather have my vacuum sweeper, but it's just disappeared.
Please check into what Growkart does with the stuff they supposedly sell. They will get a negative review from me.

Our microwave died Sept 2024. Today is March 7, 2025.
We have full coverage with Sears warranty.
To their credit, they gave us some credit with which we bought a new microwave (by our adding $100 to the cost) in January.
The nice ladies at the phone number provided have said (EIGHT times now) ,"The microwave has not been shipped to the warehouse, so we are rescheduling your delivery" to--about 10 days from now.
Every time I talked with a rep, I asked to talk with a supervisor.I was promised a call back the next day. NO supervisor every called back.
No satisfaction since September 2024.
Seven months now, and no microwave. I am not a happy camper, or customer of Sears.
Tracking and receiving package that was paid for.
I ordered a part for my oven over three months ago, and have yet to receive it. I did receive a text with tracking information shortly after confirming the order, saying that it was shipped to UPS on Jan.
03, 2025.
But, unfortunately since then the text has been removed from my phone. I want the part or my forty-four dollars sent back to my account.
