Lifetime tool warranty claim

Sears has divested itself to several different locations that handle its tools but none of them are able to handle a warranty claim on what they say are now "Vintage Professional Series" tools That have a lifetime warranty and all they can give me is a phone number that takes me to a recording that tells me to get on a computer and go through an algorithm and an app which takes me nowhere.

Inadequate service call

We received an error code on dishwasher having to do with the pump. Tom never checked if there was a clog in the drain or something. He just really kinda argued with us tell it was the WiFi.no

I purchased a Peter Pan collar trench coat in hot pink, and they shipped an ugly color coat to me. The color on the bag said Litianlan?! It's not pink; it's ugly, like washed-out brown.

I am so upset. I emailed them, and then 2 days after the email was returned unsent, not the same day—2 days after. I need help to get my $59.55 back. I am disabled, in pain, and I need my money.

1st appointment tech called said the refrigerator had to be off for 24 hours and he didnt have the part anyway 2nd tech diagnosed and told me that should not have happened 3rd tech i was home he took picture but never knocked my wife and daughter where waiting in the living room with the doors open for him because I told them I received the text he didnt call me like the previous 2 techs i just received the message no one home please reschedule we wanted our refrigerator fixed but we didnt know we were going to miss 4 days of work for this I tried getting ahold by chat was the only way so no go I would like my money back as I have lost hundreds of dollars because of all these appointments I would appreciate a call as I didnt get one Jason Vitale 680* ***th street Ewa Beach Hawaii 96706- 8**-**3-6998

Called Sears Home Services as I have a service contract to come out as the ice maker on my Kenmore refrigerator was not working on Feb. 11.

The technician came out but could not repair it as he did not have the necessary part. He ordered the part to arrive on Feb. 12 and rescheduled the appointment for Feb. 13.

The Feb. 14 schedule kept getting delayed and then was rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 16. On Feb.

16, the schedule kept getting delayed, and then I got notification that 'at my request' the appointment was rescheduled to Feb. 20. On Feb. 17, I received an email that I could get an earlier appointment on Feb.

19. I received confirmation of the appointment, but it was continually delayed, and then again 'at my request,' it was rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 23.

In both cases, I did not request to have the appointment rescheduled. It was impossible to talk to a live representative.

I have spoken with many different people since May 2025 to get my dish washer fixed. Ive had multiple appointments for the repair man to come look or fix it and he never shows up.

I always get a call or text to reschedule my appointment. Its getting ridiculous at this point. Sears just needs to replace my entire dishwasher. They have sent email after email, and text after text, saying my appointment is between 8am and 5pm so I have to sit here all day waiting for them, just to get a text or email for me to reschedule my appointment.

Or absolutely nothing they just dont show up. I dont understand why this is so hard to get taken care of, I paid for the extra master protection but it doesnt seem that way with the way things have been handled.

I just want my dishwasher fixed or actually just replaced at this point. I bought a dishwasher to wash dishes not for it to sit here for months not working and me washing my hand.

My husband and I have had great service from Sears for many years, outstanding deliverly and products; however, lately I cannot understand the representative who couldn't even give me the charges, along with the payments that he cited. Sears has been such a great company I am sorry they seem to have some incompetent but well-meaning contact people.

Surprised they haven’t yet responded. My issue is one many likely share, which is a complete inability to use their website. VPNs are common now, and they need to implement a solution!

Sears.com is inaccessible if using a VPN. I tried multiple throughput points, and all of them failed.

They don't offer Captcha nor any other human verification option. Instead, they just block you. This means savvy people at home, or almost anyone at work, is unable to access Sears.com.

The brand is dying a slow and painful death as it is, and ridiculous hurdles such as this are only making it worse. I used to work for Sears when I was a kid, and really try to support them whenever I can, but they sure do make it difficult...

Tech refusing to complete service

On or around August 8, 2025, I placed a repair ticket with Sears to fix our heat pump. Sears called us and said they had no techs, refunded our money, and told us to find a local tech.

It took us almost 4 months to find a tech. The tech repaired the disconnect and heat strips. During the post-checkout procedure, the tech noticed oil, did a pressure test, and found a leak in the reversing valve. I submitted paperwork to Sears, and then Sears scheduled a Sears tech to review the issue.

The Sears tech confirmed the valve was the issue. The tech returned a few days later to tell my mom he wouldn't repair the issue. Forty-four calls later and over 10 hours on the phone with Sears, Sears Protect, and A&E Factory Service, we are being told the tech made the determination that the unit shouldn't be repaired since a non-Sears tech worked on the unit and has my mother cold in her home.

I honored my part; Sears isn't honoring your part to fix or replace the unit.

The people in the call centers won't let me speak with a supervisor, and no one will make the tech complete the contractually obligated repairs.

It just takes you to the same *** recording that Sears has for everybody else. Apparently, Sears doesn't have any live people working for it anymore.

You sure can't get a hold of anybody on the phone.

And I will not talk to a *** computer. Put live people on the damn phone.

I called different Sears numbers to get a hold of a customer service person. I don't like the AL.

It's wasn't helpful. I wanted to talk to someone not a recording.

It is impossible to contact custmer service at Sears, I've been trying to get my refund for 3 weeks now after they came and picked up my washer no return calls no return emails or anything this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with online.

I have flip phone. No way of clicking links.

There is no way to communicate verbally with Sears on phone. Big picture. Poor for company. Poor for customer!!

Simple fixes, questions could be resolved over phone.

Prevent service trips. Window of wait time 8-5 way too long. Need shorter windows. Bottom line I am very dissatisfied.

I pd large amt for Master Protection Plan. Will not extend after it expires. Will no longer do business with Sears after next yr. You cannot expect to do business with robots!

You will lose business. You need backup plans with humans!!! Phone. Remember them?

Guaranteed I am not only customer dissatisfied. No other business eliminates verbal contact with customer. I want a phone call. 585 865 **** or 585 749 ****.
