Return through sears marketplace

Ordered a product through sears marketplace , didnt realize it would be shipped and controlled by a third party. The product is the wrong thing and when i tried to return it , i was declined. I was also told i would have an answer in 48 hours , and it took 5 days. I will never order or set foot in a sears again.

Sears - Layed away a washer on line. Decided to cancel the layaway.

This was 2 months ago still trying to find out where my layaway pmts are refunded. Cant talk to anyone no one calls back. I am on social security. 70 years old and they wont return my 215 dollars.
