3 months Sears is postponing my repair appointment I need to talk to management

6 times scheduled for technician to come and every time received text message for re scheduling and again rescheduled for other day and NO ONE HAS SHOWED OFF

I dialed (888)204 **** but is not in service.

Delivery scheduled don't show up for the 3r time delivery scheduled. Customer service just says... "We don't more information"

Schedule appointment no one showed up

What happened?... this is the 3er delivery scheduled and don't show up.....and your customer service is obsolete and no cumunicaton between customer service department and delivery department.

Damaged handtools

Trying to replace the handtools and the only place that has Craftsman tools is Lowes and they never seem to have the tools that I need especially the ones that are under warranty need you to let me know what is it that I have to do to get it replaced thank you

Gift card issues and no help from customer service person

No one is answering and helping out but just transferring my call to the different departments. No one had knowledge on gift cards. I have 3 gift cards and cant use it and tired of calling them Sarcastic

Shop Your Way Rewards

Getting a human being to talk to using Google to get to Sears is absolutely impossible, it is ridiculous. Now, I have a reward card as identified above, trying to use it for making purchases is impossible. I have never used this card before, meaning that it's still valid, but no matter what I did, putting the series of numbers in the back, and the PIN or whatever it's called, I keep getting a message that says that the card or the number is not valid. This should never be so and I need a resolve to it. Kindly get back to me either by phone or by email as shown above. Thank you. I am . . . Ebenezer Odukoya

I ordered a 12 foot spider… they sent a 6 foot

I ordered a 12 foot spider for $120. What came in the mail was a 6 foot spider that looked the same. I never wouldve ordered a 6 foot for $120. And now I cannot get a hold of anybody at Sears to fix the issue

Warranty

Washing machine broke in June an I still cant get it fixed or replaced. They order parts an they come damaged. All I hear is its been escalated. You ask to talk to a manager an they say you cant.

Customer service/payment

Sears warranty department (which is separate from Sears) called back, however no one from Sears has contacted me. I spoke with Linette with Sears Home Warranty who did talk to someone at Sears and she was able to get someone from Sears to refund some of the charged for labor ($153 out of the $473). I am in no way satisfied with this, however honestly I just don't have the time to continue to talk to 10 different people in order for them to do the right thing. I would absolutely not recommend having Sears do anything for my mother or myself ever again. Their behavior and terrible customer service when dealing with my mother was ridiculous. However, the warranty department, once again, not affiliated with Sears, were very nice and helpful.

Calling about a refund that was due me a few months ago

A refund that was due back in September that I have not received. You came on July 14 and ordered the parts. When you came on July 27 the parts were returned with the service man and he wrote me a refund and I shouldve had it by August. Ill called back August 23 and was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days which wouldve been in September that did not happen. The refund was $222.15. Not happy where is my refund!!!!

Yes, there is still an big issue with sears

I purchases a ring at Sears in Dallas during a closeout of the store!!! I also purchased a lifetime warranty!! I have sent my ring off for repair with the warranty and was told be they can't repair it. Sears is closed in Dallas, they won't answer the phone, just an automatic system. So I am filing a small claim lawsuit. I have reach out so many times trying to speak to a live person and no luck. If you can help me contact them I would appreciate it or even if you can have Sears to contact me please

Refund

Waiting for reply from Sears about a refund for a service call where the service person arrived without the part, a mower tractor tire, I specified in my service request. I can't reach Sears by phone through the automated call system, because when someone answers it is always someone else's job.

Poor, Poor Customer Service

I can't believe that I am still waiting on a washer that was purchase on 9-9-21, IIf you can wait for a year or more then by from have never seen such terrible customer service in my life, every one that I have talked with is a liar, all I have received is *** about the delivery date of the washer, if it is not delivered on 10-11-21 all I want is for sears to return my money to my card. I know I can find another washer from a reputable business

Merchandise
