i purchased a set of sheets from sears in oct. I called about not receiveing another item on that day and also I wanted to return these sheets and was suppose to receive a email label to return the sheets and never received that label in my email.

When I call bacj, the people doesn't seem to understand.

I want to return these sheets I have no use for twin side sheets. Sears online return is terrible and the people can't seem to understand.

Bought a refrigerator from Sears outlet that was returned and tested. That was 20 years ago and it's doing great.

Bought a new Electrolux French door new from sears (very expensive): had the control panel replaced; ice machine broke; and now only the freezer works (the refrigerator is 60 deg.) and it's only 9 years old... So now we Just bought a "returned and tested" Samsung french door and bought the extended warranty.

We will see how this one does (it looked and smelled new; still has all the plastic protection on the inside, etc. Had a ding or two on the front (stainless), but that is OK with me.

I have encountered the same thing when I tried to return a Christmas gift that did not fit. Sears would not exchange or offer a store card.

Said they must have receipt or phone number of the person that purchased the item to look up the transaction.

Sears has just lost a customer. No wonder they are going out of business.

Honestly a lease is like a lease on a car but it has early purchase options and at a discount other wise it’s a standard fee at least a lease from sears and Kmart have no penalty’s for paying it off early i don’t understand why it’s so hard to understand but maybe the Associate didn’t explain it properly honestly always do research on what your signing up for and make sure you understand everything clearly... kcb a former employee for sears hometown stores

First bill shows repair man put 5 yr LG warranty. He did not have me sign it because he’d get repair and labor from LG. Second invoice rep said he would charge because it’s part of the 90 day warranty with first work with replacement of compressor. Third one shows compressor getting replaced a second time with no fee. I’ve placed multiple complains and Sears have not gotten back to me. I will take this as far as small claims court. Business is horrible and I will post and tell everyone how unethically Sears is. The service men are awesome. Complain is with the Billing and call center. They claim they have no bosses and no manager to escalate this too.

Sears has no consideration for their customers! They should be forced to close all their stores.

It is impossible to contact customer service in the U.S. All calls are routed to the Philippines andthey are not able to help, they mess upthings even more.I cannot understand how the BBB rates Sears a B+ business w/almost 14,000 complaints.
