I am waiting on a delivery part and installation ordered on July 20, 2019. I have called and come into the store on several occasions. Currently I am sitting at the cashier station. I have been waiting on Jasmine the store manager for 25 minutes to come and remedy the sales order.

Maybe you could go find one for free outside of Goodwill. Often, people will donate a perfectly good one to them, but Goodwill doesn't want it in their store so thet just put it out for the trashman.

Better hurry though, they don't last long! The men in the pickup truck go by and pick them up to either resell or take the the recycling place for some quick cash.

UPDATE: Sears sent a repair technician today. The compressor, dryer, and mother board were replaced. Hopefully these parts last longer than 2.4 years.

I need help from Sears and I can't reach anyone with any authority. I have been with out my fridge for over a month.
