I had one of your garage door techs come to my house to "Tune up" my garage door. He did nothing, but try to up-sale me and still charged me $69. When I complained by phone they said he lubricated it, really. My garage door is a door with nylon wheels on a track. Thats it. I have been with sears for over 40 years, but I'm done after this experience. I to think I was going to buy the electric garage door opener this month :-( I am very disappointed after the thousands I've spent at sears. -Homer Gary Ketcherside- (909)810-7167

Call Sears for a very loud noise my Maytag washing machine was making send someone over change some part but still the same charged some $400 call back Sears send someone else said wrong part was changed said it will cost over $500 we said no for that will buy new one but think Sears should give us a credit for first visit. Call 3 times never could speak to the right person

Having trouble with washing machine made loud noise called Sears send a mechanic changed a part didn’t stop noise payed around $400 called Sears again send different mechanic he said the part that was changed was not the right one for noise estimate was aroun $500 we decided to buy a new wm ask Sears to give us a credit on the first payment since the right pc wasn’t changed spoke to a a lady who said she wasn’t authorized call again spoke to somabody else who said no Ok buying new wm someplace else

I refrigerator is under warranty had a technician come out last Thursday on the 5th and just stood there and said the door is off track and closed the door and said it'll be 24 hours for cool never even looked behind the refrigerator never check anything out and he was on his phone the whole time and he act like we were a big inconvenience and annoyance for him and we had one come out today he walked in looked at the refrigerator and said hey you need freon in a compressor let's fix it the other guy just didn't want to do the work

Our Samsung NE58F9710WS 30" Flex Duo Slide-In Electric Range w/Convection Oven - Stainless Steel 30.15×32.9×43.7 We bought this in May 2018. Out of nowhere the glass cracked, and is now unusable we paid $1910.86 and feel completely devastated because we are living paycheck to paycheck!!

I bought a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator on August 9,2015 .IT now is not cooling either the freezer or frig after calling for repair I have been told they cannot come out until Sept.4th which is 1 week since it broke .All my food is spoiled and had to be thrown away my husband has insulin that has to be refrigerated and other meds and SEARS DOES NOT CARE ALL I AM HEARING IS IKMOW I AM SORRY !! If I call someone myself it will not be covered by the warranty so I have no idea what to do .Today is Saturday how do I wait another 4 day when it has already been 3 days ... I AM SO DISGUSTED

Sears review: Bad customer service
Sears sent out a refrigerator with the doors not leveled properly. Called the Gonzales office office personnel put me hold to talk with market manager the girl left me on hold for 5 minutes, over heard the lady saying I need to contact my sales representative and they couldn’t assist me because I wanted to order a new refrigerator. Sent another refrigerator out a week later not at the time I specifically requested with the same exact issues. Customer service is in the Philippines and can’t speak good English. Bad bad service!!!

Sears review in San Antonio, Texas: Installationdoes NOT EVER answer!!!!!
We Purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator along with a Kenmore Elite Washer and dryer, they delivered it to my Home at 5127 Kayla Brook San AntonioTx, 78251, It was a Christmas gift, now, they were supposed to return to install in our New Home at 15403 Geronimo Loop San Antonio Tx, 78254, only to NEVER answer and now my new appliances just sit in the garage gathering dust! What kind of service is this for customers? Why can't they have a answering person on line to answer the phone?

Just a thought, but have you calculated all the money you have spent over the years on warranties for the fridge and washer as opposed to the actual repairs, if any you have had done on them? I suspect you would be much better off not paying money for warranties but socking the monthly payments away to use for needed repairs, if any.
Bottom line is that, if you buy a basic, no-frills washer and fridge you can get them repaired under warranty and when that ends and any repair would be expensive, just buy a new one and toss the bad one. Just a thought.
