FACTS: WE OWN A 79579757900 KENMORE REFRIGERATOR MODEL (NOT YET EIGHT YEARS (OLD) THAT WAS BOUGHT AFTER THE PREVIOUS TWO BRAND NEW REFRIGERATORS WERE DEEMED UNUSABLE BY SEARS.SINCE THE BEGINNING THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH IT.

"TECHNICALS" PROBLEMS WERE FIXED (BUT NOT BEFORE STRUGGLE). NOW, OUR KENMORE REFRIGERATOR HAS DEVELOPED STRANGE DARK STAINS BETWEEN THE DOORS PLASTIC FINISH AND THE "STAINLESS STEEL" (?), AS WELL AS IN MANY OTHER PARTS OF THE EQUIPMENT. EVEN THE BACK OUTSIDE BACK PANEL IS FALLING APART! PRELIMINARY TECHNICAL OPINION: "IT IS CORRODED AND THAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE PROTECTION AGREEMENT".

WE JUST FEEL INSULTED, FIRST BY THE POOR QUALITY OF KENMORE EQUIPMENT AND SECOND, FOR THE EASINESS OF THE STUDIED VERDICT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES : "CORROSION IS "COSMETIC UNLESS IT MAKES THE EQUIPMENT UNUSABLE". THEREFORE, WE GET "A PRIORI" CONCLUSION WITHOUT A CHANCE OF APPEAL ... A SUGGESTION THAT WE CANCEL OUR PROTECTION AGREEMENT WAS EVEN MADE! CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE REFRIGERATOR WERE ALSO SENT.

WE DO NOT LIVE NEAR THE SEA, THIS IS A WELL AND MINT MAINTAINED REFRIGERATOR. EVEN WORSE, WE CAN GET HURT BY THE DISINTEGRATING BACK METAL PANEL...

WE OWE NOTHING TO SEARS AND WE RENEW OUR PA AS NEEDED.SO FAR, SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL LACKS VISION AND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING CUSTOMERS SATISFIED.
