Disappointed in Sears prices they to high, items are always on back orders, now handling fee charge.I have had too many back orders for a month or more and now they are charging me $3.00 handling fee on a $20.00 item.

I am finding the quality is lacking in most items.I previously bought to vaccuum cleaners in less than 3 years and had to have them repaired by sears, I don't think that the warranty on their merchandise is very good.Unfortunately I feel I have to take my business else where to get satisfaction.
