Sears - Displeased about response to installation damage
New canollium flooring installation resulting in damage to two doors that were removed improperly thar broke off hinges because they were reinstalled improperly.Sears denied claim saying doors were not properly cared for.
Cost me thirteen hundred dollars to replace plus home was in jepordy for fire and safety as it took two months to have new doors installed.Flooring was installed improperly waiting to have repaired by sears who don't intend to repair properly even though I have life time warranty on flooring
