Purchased a refrigerator 8/31/14 scheduled delivery 9/10/14 delivery window was between 5:30-7:30 p.m. They never arrived or called. We called them 4x that night, just got the run around.

Next day, still no call. We called again, was assured it would be delivered 9/20/14 we called tonight for delivery window.. We were told the order had been cancelled! They could not tell us when it was "Cancelled" nor by Whom... And we were told our money had not been refunded either and we could wait 7-10 business days!

Unbelievable!

Will never shop there again! No one should wonder or be surprised when Sears goes out of business.

Very shady.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ordered dishwasher online including installation and haul-away and installation parts.Had account with Sears when we ordered refrigerator 11 years ago, and did not notice old phone number, which to my surprise, is the key to find this new order for delivery.

Had to call them 4 days in a row to correct this mistake and confirm delivery which had been changed online by them to be on a Sunday. No email or calls to the corrected number was received. We were still on the phone yet again to ask the time of delivery when the order came the next day. (installation guy confirmed that they do not deliver on Sundays!).

Installation was fine and the appliance is fine so far.

Salespeople and delivery people apparently do not communicate among themselves, as the installation/delivery people had attested to.Will think twice before purchasing at Sears in the future.
