Sears - No Call/No Show
Purchased a refrigerator 8/31/14 scheduled delivery 9/10/14 delivery window was between 5:30-7:30 p.m. They never arrived or called. We called them 4x that night, just got the run around.
Next day, still no call. We called again, was assured it would be delivered 9/20/14 we called tonight for delivery window.. We were told the order had been cancelled! They could not tell us when it was "Cancelled" nor by Whom... And we were told our money had not been refunded either and we could wait 7-10 business days!
Will never shop there again! No one should wonder or be surprised when Sears goes out of business.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
