Today SEARS was to show up to put parts on. I started called at 10:30a and was informed personal would be at my residence by 2-4p.

At 3:51p called and was informed personal were at my home at 2p. I would like to know who's house he went to because it was not mine. I have wasted 32hrs waiting on this idiots.

I have heard every excuse under the sun. I will be filing a class action lawsuits against them as soon as I finish typing this update.

Sears sucks for customer service and as previously stated I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SEARS PRODUCT.

In Dec 2016 my less than one year old washer blew a motor, belt, agitator, and control unit. A repair man, and I use that term loosely, came and said it would take a week to get the parts.

Scheduled repair for Dec 19, 2016 between 8 and 12p. By 5pm no repair man. Was rudely informed that the repairman had called twice and I did not answer. He never called or left a message, cell phones are marvelous at keeping records of calls and messages.

The company then refused to come and repair the washer . Never use Faber out of northern VA. Called Sears back it took another week to get a second repair man this time A&E to come out and rediagnos the problem. He made an appointment to come and put on the parts he ordered on Jan 5th 2016 between 8 and 5.

By 3pm no call and no repair man called Sears computer said he would be at my home between 6:30 and 8:30 PM that night. I knew that was a lie, firstly we live in rural VA and there are no street lights and if you don't know the area you will not find our home in the dark. He of course never showed. Called Sears and rescheduled again for Jan 12 2016.

I told the customer service rep this was the last time I would ever purchase a Sears product and if she valued her job she would make sure a repair man got out to my house.

I have told every family member I have not to buy from Sears and all the people I work with and all my friends. Word of mouth will still kill a company and as poorly as Sears and Kmart have been doing in the past couple of years you think they would do everything possible to make sure their customers were satisfied.

The bottom line is that no one should buy a Sears product ever again, given the current state of their "customer service" unreliability. I see Stanley products is now going to manufacture the Sears Craftsman line.

This means Sears is further along on a vertiginous descent into oblivion. As you stated, warn everyone you know.
