I PURCHASED A NEW WATER HEATER ON 6/1/ AND PROMISED DELIVERY ON 6/2/10 HOWEVER YOUR EMPLOYEE DID NOT GET THE ORDER IN ON TIME THEREFORE I CAN GO WITHOUT HOT WATER.IT WILL BE DELIVERED A DAY LATER.

ALSO, I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR A PERMIT THEREFORE MY BILL WILL BE LARGER. THIS IS NOT THE WAY I EXPECT A BUSINESS TO BE FUN. I WILL ALSO INFORM EDDIE LAMBERT AS I HOLD SEARS STOCK IN TRUST.

AS I TOLD YOUR MANAGER IN THE TUSTIN APPLIANCE DEPT.I WILL NOT BY ANY MORE APPLIANCES FROM SEARS.
