Sears - Worst shopping experience EVER
First problem - ordered a birthday gift for my daughter. In store pickup, store has it in stock. On pickup day I get billed for the wrong item. I call the store, and they are holding the wrong item. Sears / Kmart doesn't keep UPC codes straight across a lot of similar items, I was told by store clerk. End result, went to Walmart, item was in stock and $3 cheaper.
Second - ordered a video game for a gift. Preordered, was told my card wouldn't be billed until the item shipped. I was billed two full weeks before it shipped, and then the item shipped on the day it was supposed to be DELIVERED. Long story short, I was billed early, item is going to arrive over a week late, and the best I was offered was a %10 refund on a $100 item. In the meantime, everyone else who ordered the game elsewhere are playing it already. Another birthday gift ruined.
