Our dishwasher quit because it wasn't getting enough water. The repairman was 350 pounds and wore house shoes.
Discovered that a rodent (rat or mouse) had chewed on the insulation. We had an electrician replace the wire and the sears service person would not return saying it was the company policy that required a certificate from an exterminator. When I called to explained the futility of that they said it was the repairman who required that. When I then spoke with the repairman he said that's what they always say.
You have lost another customer and probably more since we will tell many of this negative experience. Easy to see why Sears is going under.
