I ordered a Rivers Edge Brand item 089v006839749000 and the order was placed by your Kaitlynn [machine] and a order # was given 963798987. Two days went bye and received an E mail out of stock.
Contacted customer service and your Carlisle [machine] said item was in stock and took the order again 964570381 and all i can find out about delivery on the stated date of the 21st. is that the order is being processed. Is the item really in stock??? Am i going to receive it???
Has a credit been issued on my first order and if not when will it show up??? What is the shipment tracking number???
