I walked in and asked Brent Brett whatever his name is where snapring pliers we're. He stated he didn't think they had any, and didn't offer any further assistance.

I looked myself and found 2 hanging on a hook. I was quite aggravated that he wasn't willing to take time for me, THE CUSTOMER!! I cursed him out and asked for a manager, but again was ignored.

This happened at the Sears at Anderson South Carolina mall. I suggest someone teach that rude *** some PROPER and PROFESSIONAL customer skills.
