On 1/31 purchased $1600 Frig & $1500 in mattresses. Delivery called to reschedule cuz mattress was not available.

Resched but delivery never showed on 2/13 and i was stuck sleeping on floors. Called to rescheduled. Actual deliv finally showed 2/18 but was a horrible nightmare with very rude workers, 1 mattr was damaged, 1 boxspring did not fit, knocked over nightstand. Workers arrived 3 hours late and complained the entire time.

They refused to take back damage mattr and boxspring. I rescheduled pickup but showed up on wrong day eventho i received email confirmation the date. Re-re-re schedule cancelled cuz they did not have the replacement mattr.

I called 2 store managers, spoke with sales rep and I still do not have resolution and it is 2/25/2015. Who would ever buy from Sears again?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delivery experience, Poor customer service.
