On 1/31 purchased $1600 Frig & $1500 in mattresses.Delivery called to reschedule cuz mattress was not available.

Resched but delivery never showed on 2/13 and i was stuck sleeping on floors. Called to rescheduled. Actual deliv finally showed 2/18 but was a horrible nightmare with very rude workers, 1 mattr was damaged, 1 boxspring did not fit, knocked over nightstand. Workers arrived 3 hours late and complained the entire time.

They refused to take back damage mattr and boxspring. I rescheduled pickup but showed up on wrong day eventho i received email confirmation the date. Re-re-re schedule cancelled cuz they did not have the replacement mattr.

I called 2 store managers, spoke with sales rep and I still do not have resolution and it is 2/25/2015.Who would ever buy from Sears again?

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $1500. The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. The most disappointing about mattress from Sears was delivery experience and poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
