Just spent over $2000 in the store 2 weeks ago and was showing online rebate not available.Went to store to be tod by manager that associate told me wrong and I told her,as she was rude in her manner,I would never buy from Seaars again.Her response to that was to shrug her shoulders and give me a snide look.By the way the associate was right and got it taken care of but I won't deal with a business who allows their management to treat people that way.I was shrugged off and believe it to be that she thought I didn't count because I didn't look like I had enough money to be important.Thank you Franco for treating me with respect.The manager's name was Karen.
