After waiting for 7 1/2 hours foe the repairman to arrive he couldn't identify the part that needed to be replaced. Sear Parts says that none of the tags labels or serial numbers match anything in their inventory.

They charged my credit card $70 and left without even ordering the proper parts.

When I called the 800 number back I was told that nothing could be done until Monday as the "Special InvestigationTeam" was already closed.

In my opinion Sears' Warranty & Repair is a ripoff. I've paid thousands for the appliances and service agreements and now they can't do a simple repair.
