Sears does not follow through on thier specials or their employees promises!!! I am without a hot water tank.

We have an 80 gallon tank- a special order tank that takes 10-14 days to come in. Sears had one in stock. I called at 9:30 to place my order. So their special goes.

Order an instock item and get same day install. Real long story short- my install can't be done till 12/6/11. Their employees are clueless, not trained and are NOT customer focused.

They actually offered me a $50.00 gift card...oh like that's supposed to make thier false ads better!!! F YOU SEARS!!!

Monetary Loss: $984.
