Samsung refrigerator that doesn't work and purchased from Sears. Covered by Sears whole house appliance warranty.
Refrigerator stopped working & was under original warranty. Called Sears and they sent a man to put in a new compressor.
Put in new condenser. Worked a little while and quit& Freon, and it worked a little while and went out. Called them back and they came out and put in a ne condenser. It worked a little while and quit.
Called them back and they came out and put in a new dryer. Worked a little while and quit. Called them back and they sent a man to put in a new circuit board. It never worked again.
This last 2 times they used a company called "Veteran's Home Service", and they never showed up. They don't call and let you know anything, just leave you waiting for them. They want all this cloak and dagger stuff for you to call them and confirm date of service. That is sears responsibility.
Sears answers is to put you on hold and hang up on you; leaving the consumer frustrated This has been ongoing since early June 2018. Supposed to come out tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Sears is using foreigners to answer phones and set up services and most located outside USA. Just got off phone with foreigner and phone had so much static you could hardly understand the woman.
My advice is never by any sears product ever again. It ain"t worth it.
One service man said buy Samsung phones, but never buy their appliances. Frustrated in Conyers, Georgia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
