Bought a washer and dryer from Sears, they told me delivery would be two days.The night before they called with a delivery window for the following morning and then called in the morning to delay delivery for another five days.

I called to see if I could pickup and was told that they didn't even have them and we're waiting for delivery from the manufacturer.

I found out this happened to my brother with a lawnmower,they rescheduled three times before he cancelled order.In short they don't have what they're selling you because they're going under but acting as business as usual with the consumer paying the price.
