We bought a fridge from Sears and after 3-4 days I called to say that the refrigerator made a lot of noise and I wanted to return the fridge. They gave me the run-a-round and then told me it would be 25%.
My mother-in law bought a new dryer from Sears 18 months ago and the heating element and the timer are broke and they are telling her that it is going to be around $2350 to fi both problems on a 18 month old machine that cost $449. Sears is selling inferior products with a bait and switch mentality.
