I purchased a Sear's metal 10'x12' Gazebo last month. After opening the box and assembling the basic structure I than turned to the second box (roof).
Upon opening the second box (roof) I found out the roof was fiberglass and not metal as the Sear's employee told me. When I called Sear's (Spokane Valley) I was told the salesperson left the company taking a job with "Big 5"....why am I not surprised. The Sear's Gazebo is a "knock-off" from another Gazebo selling for around $200 more. The Sear's unit has very cheep "pop-metal" supports (components) and not really stable.
From the moment I began assembling the Gazebo I realized the parts were cheaply constructed (typical Chinese junk).
I strongly recommend consumers search else where to purchase Gazebos other outdoor items that Sear's offers.Bottom Line: Is it any wonder why Sear's (a once respected name in retail) is falling apart and on the *** of bankruptcy.
