We've been waiting 6 weeks to have our Kenmore clothes drier repaired, which is only four years old.

I've taken 3 days off work waiting all day for the service tech to arrive and it's still not fixed.Yesterday I waited all day for the service tech.

I called One Source twice during the day and they assured me the tech would be there. But, at 5:45PM last night I got saying the tech would not be able to make it. Apparently Sear's and their service division (One Source) is in the business of lying to customers. After calling One Source and waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, it seemed to me like they really didn't give a darn.

My family and I will NEVER buy another Sear's product again!

Monetary Loss: $600.
