Ordered a washer online and scheduled delivery. The night before we got a call from sears automated phone service that confirms delivery date and 2 hour window.

On the deliver day, no one showed so I called customer service, they read some script about how they guarantee it will be delivered by today. At the end of Day, no one showed. I called customer service again and they said I have to reschedule. On the rescheduled date, no show again.

No one from Sears cares or calls to tell you the status of the delivery. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS. They charged my CC but never gave me my items.

I did call sear about 4 times to verify the address. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Paid for 2 days of my salary and deliver your customer's products on time..
