Do not use their carpet service. On the day of the service they changed the service window to 2 hours earlier and would not honor the original window they gave me.

When the guys arrived 45 minutes late, he tried to sell me Stain protection at $20 per room. I said no. Then he tried to sell me a deodorizer service. I refused.

Finally he said to get the machine to the second floor he has to charge $50 extra because the machine is heavy.

At this point I gave up and told them to leave.

Sears customer service was of no help. I am never shopping at Sears again.
