Arrived at sears expecting to purchase a bed and washer/dryer combo. As we were trying out the beds we were prompted by a rude associate to get off the beds.
I understand that they dont want people on top of their products but a little civility and courtesy is warranted when adressing customers. After literaly being chased away from the beds we decided we might get better service in the appliance side and it went worse!
We dont know squat about washers and dryers and were hoping to get some kind of idea but we were ignored by a circle of six employees talking about marijuana. The once upon a time customers of Sears Yadi and Ben.
