Returned NordicTrak from Sears because the description Sears gave was untrue. Contacted NordicTrack direct & wanted to do an exchange.

Sear Cus Rep beg me to use Sears with a promised $140.00 discount 70 on return and 70 on delivery. That was a lie. Now I have the new merchandise and had to contact my bank after 30 days of not being refunded for the return merchandise. I want to return the new NordicTrack because I do not trust SEARS.

I would rather pay $200 more and buy from NordicTrack. I finally got BBB involved, they were wonderful. The return site on has a telephone number 1-800-732-7477 that either ask if someone in your house is over 50 or tells you that you have dialed a # outside of your calling area.

Anyway short story long - DO NO PURCHASE FROM SEARS - they have gone to the pitts. Prior I was able to use Chat now that indicates 24/7 busy?
