Worst Experience EVER with Sears Delivery and Recovery! 5 different Kenmore stove/oven delivered Damaged and/or Defective!

Sears Delivery tried to make us keep the damaged items. Sears Recovery called us 8 times (same person) to "schedule delivery" -- she had no clue she had spoken to us Several times in 3 consecutive days--she had to tell us how she misspelled things and forgot to email information, her work hours and how she couldn't call us back because she needed to leave, she should have left 15 minutes ago. Bizarre Experience. AND we paid OVER $7,000 for kitchen appliances and we STILL DONT HAVE THEM!

We have so many people calling us to "schedule" and tell us they "CANT DELIVER" on the days we agreed to have delivered. Sears Service has Gone Downhill, we will Never go with Sears Again!!
