Price Affordability

Went into Sears Auto Center to have them look at my brakes pads.

They came back with a diagnosis of bad rotors that needed to be replaced asap to the tune of more than $500.

Took the car down the street to a smaller franchise where they couldn't find ANY DAMAGE to the rotors, only a mis-aligned brake pad that needed cleaning. Paid $109 for service that included bleeding of front brake fluid.

So what is wrong with this picture??? I think Sears saw me coming and hit on the fact I am not a car mechanics expert and tried to grossly overcharge me.

Bad, bad, bad. And never again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Being treated poorly, Price gauging.
