My GE washer is leaking and called sears and made appointment, the window was 1 to 5
after staying home and waiting 4 hours , technician called at 4:55 and said he can't make it,
made another appointment and again at 3:30, technician called and said he can't make it
what kind of customer service is that?
I called 9 times to speak to a manager and it keeps getting connected to the international call center and when I ask them to transfer me to a manger, they all hang up
worse customer service
all they did, schedule another appointment and they offer 50 dollars gift card, I have already paid 90 for technician to just take a look at my washer and they ask for another 400 for a washer that I bought 700
