Sears Blue Crew is a crock. They are not certified to fix anything.
A tech came to the house 3 times, charged me for parts I returned and changed the description in the system to say the charge was for service fees on a part that I didn't even have and I had a receipt with a part number and the amount charge. I begged the person on the phone to lookup the part and get the price, but she refused.
I had UPS receipts from Sears requesting the pickup and receipts the tech gave me for charges. Be aware of these tricks
