Tried to speak with sears about an issue with a product and here's what they respond with on twitter.... to me they don't care about their customers just worried about the MONEY $$$$$
What can I do then. Seems like everything we get from Sears turns out to be ***
We completely understand, however, that is correct, our return policy is only for 30 days.
I bought a pair of bongo jeans back in August the zipper wont stay locked in the upward position and ive tried contacting bongo with no repsonse so I want to know what can be done since its been over 30 days and I can't return them
This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
