Tried to speak with sears about an issue with a product and here's what they respond with on twitter.... to me they don't care about their customers just worried about the MONEY $$$$$
What can I do then. Seems like everything we get from Sears turns out to be ***
We completely understand, however, that is correct, our return policy is only for 30 days.
I bought a pair of bongo jeans back in August the zipper wont stay locked in the upward position and ive tried contacting bongo with no repsonse so I want to know what can be done since its been over 30 days and I can't return them
